THE WALL-OPINION

One of the most persistent promises of campaign of the elect President of The United States was the raising of a wall in the border with Mexico. Trump is going to construct it. The form that he adopts is irrelevant. The intention, the intention is what counts. Historically, the walls have got up as protection, to preserve the own thing to the interior. Also to indicate a limit, a difference. Trump has repeated that Mexico will pay. But beyond more than three thousand kilometres bardeados with the material that is chosen, or who it corresponds to pay it, deprives in the bottom the vision of supremacy, Trump's intention, on having considered Mexico to be an inconvenience.
Trump's wall, the alone intention of raising it, has broken any measure civilizatoria and has re-restored officially the discrimination and the racism. How he is built it does not matter too much; what counts and cannot hide, already we all know, it is how they perceive us he, his office and his electors. But more worrying still, it is the silence of the Mexican government.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN OUR PLANET REALLY SUPPORT

We don't know if today's population of seven billion is remotely sustainable, or what the limit is.
Are there really too many people on our planet? It is clear to all of us that the planet is not expanding. There is only so much space on Earth, not to mention only so many resources that can support a human population.
"It is not the number of people on the planet that is the issue – but the number of consumers and the scale and nature of their consumption,"  or "The world has enough for everyone's need, but not enough for everyone's greed." are phrases of experts in this matter.
While the planet might hold over 11 billion people by the end of the century, our current level of knowledge does not allow us to predict whether such a large population is sustainable, simply because it has never happened before.
The most of the growth over the next two decades is predicted to be in urban centres in what are currently low and middle-income countries.
There are many low-income urban dwellers whose consumption is so low that they contribute almost nothing to greenhouse gas emissions.
It is not the rise in population by itself that is the problem, but rather the even more rapid rise in global consumption (which of course is unevenly distributed), says Will Steffen.
This leads to an uncomfortable implication: people living in high-income nations must play their part if the world is to sustain a large human population.
Even if those changes occur, it seems unlikely that our planet could really sustain a population of 11 billion, one solution is that we should stabilise the global population, hopefully at around nine billion, and then begin a long, slow trend of decreasing population. That means reducing fertility rates. What is urgently needed, then, is ways to speed up the decline in fertility rates.
For the foreseeable future, Earth is our only home and we must find a way to live on it sustainably.

INTRODUCTION GLOBAL ISSUES

What is the Paris climate agreement?
The deal unites all the world's nations in a single agreement on tackling climate change for the first time in history.
However, scientists point out that the Paris accord must be stepped up if it is to have any chance of curbing dangerous climate change.
The most key element in the Paris climate argeement is to limit the amount of greenhouse gases emitted by human activity to the same levels that trees, soil and oceans can absorb naturally.
Money has been a sticking point throughout the negotiation, because the poor countries say that they need a financal and technological help. The deal says wealthy countries should continue to provide financial support for poor nations to cope with climate change and encourages other countries to join in on a voluntary basis.
Finally, the pact promises to make an assessment of progress in 2018, with further reviews every five years.

In my opinion, I think that this agreement is very important for the future of the world, because if we don't respect de climate, the climate change will get worse. If all countries respect this agreement we will progress the climate change.

OPINION ESSAY: VIDEOGAMES

Are videogames harnful? In my opinion kids between
five and fourteen should be cotrolled by their parents when they play videogames because it is very easy to be come addicted to them. Kids can spend hours playimg videogames if nobody controls them. Some videogames are a bad influence or violent and children can get bad habits. Lots of videogames are not suitable for children but the parents do not realise this.

I strongly belibe that children play videogames all day and they do not study or do their homework and their school marks get worse and for their future, this can cause problems. Sometimes the parents do not realise this because they are working or they do not know if the children are working or playing videogames.
Moreover it is an expensive hobby because first you buy the videogame console, secondly you must buy the games. The videogame console could about 200€ and the videogames could cost about 50€ each. For this reason it is a very expensive hobby.
In conclusion, videogames can be bad for you if you do not use them carefully. And you waste a lot of money. The parents should know what their kids are doing in their free time

TALKING ABOUT REVOLUTION (LYRICS + OPINION)

LYRIC:
Don't you know

They're talkin' 'bout a revolution
It sounds like a whisper
Don't you know
They're talkin' about a revolution
It sounds like a whisper
While they're standing in the welfare lines
Crying at the doorsteps of those armies of salvation
Wasting time in the unemployment lines
Sitting around waiting for a promotion
Don't you know
They're talkin' 'bout a revolution
It sounds like a whisper
Poor people gonna rise up
And get their share
Poor people gonna rise up
And take what's theirs
Don't you know
You better run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run
Oh I said you better
Run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run
'Cause finally the tables are starting to turn
Talkin' bout a revolution
Yes, finally the tables are starting to turn
Talkin' bout a revolution, oh no
Talkin' bout a revolution, oh
While they're standing in the welfare lines
Crying at the doorsteps of those armies of salvation
Wasting time in the unemployment lines
Sitting around waiting for a promotion
Don't you know
They're talkin' 'bout a revolution
It sounds like a whisper
And finally the tables are starting to turn
Talkin' bout a revolution
Yes, finally the tables are starting to turn
Talkin' bout a revolution, oh no
Talkin' bout a revolution, oh no

Talkin' bout a revolution, oh no

OPINION:
This song is about the poor people who want a revolution, it is so sad because
you feel the pain that feeled them in that time.

NEWS: RE-IMAGINING THE MEGAYACHT

Summary:

This news is about a luxury yacht that a man of Monaco was requested at the Alan Factory. The boss of Alan, Ozcan, with the help of Foster +Partners (study of architecture) have been launched.
Ozcan confirmed he had never seen an exterior and interior design as sleek and original as this.
Foster, has used bleached oak, white leather, stainless steel and white onyx for to interior, and the exterior Foster has developed a flexible interior “pod” that can be configured in up to three cabins. Also the yacht have two kitchens. For Ozcan is a floating house.
To conclude, the cruise speed is 41 knots and the maximum speed is the 45knots, and the Alan 68 costs about $3.7million.

Opinion:

I've always said that those who can live luxuriously take advantage so maybe in the future have nothing.
I like the yacht, but more on interior. The priceis very expensive, but it is luxury and  runs too much. If I had the money I would buy it.

MY WORLD: EXAMS

I don't understand why we do exams, an exam is only a piece of papper and everybody gets nervous, me too. You study four or five hours depend the subject and after during the exam yout mind blank, and I would like to propose to do a project, orals presentation of the chapters of the subject and only do exams in chemistry and maths and that's all.
Often when you finish the exam, the firts thing your want to do is forget everything and have a rest . In my opinión it is better to do exams during the firts hour or after break time, because in the morning your mind is fresh and after break time because you can revise.
In most exams, there is not enough time to finish and even less for revising and after the mark is bad. For exapmle: Spanish, Maths...
From my point of view exams are necessary but not for all the subjects. I whope when I am older and if I go to univerisy I will see things differently because then I will be studing what I really like.
